Loading Issue
I thought my device not compatible for this game anymore. But i have tried 3 devices, and all of them can't work at all. My game stuck in the loading screen. Hope it will fix sooner

without knowing what device(s) or what update (current 5.92.2) you're on, there is not much we can advice on.
Generally, try a different WIFI or Cellular network. Turn off and on device. Swich devices (which you have done)
