Missing rewards — SimChase (Season 92 Ep.8) hairstyle & Elegant Ballroom outfit

The hairstyles are not for adult Sims. (Adult Sims got that one in SimChase season 36 in December 2021.)  
In SimChase season 92  you should get the hairstyle 
Episode 7  for senior Sims,  
Episode 8  for teenage Sims, and 
Episode 9  for preteen Sims  

I don’t know the ballroom outfit. Do you have a screenshot of that, too?

Oh thanks for the explanation. It often makes me confused without descriptions about the model images. Plus, here are the information about the ballroom outfit from the lucky box which I can’t quite remember shown up with the one rewarded within these two.

The previews are really small, so it’s hard to recognize  for what age group they are.  The outfits are for teenage Sims.

Could you help answer me another question?

I unlocked the Level-1 toaster/oven reward in the mi progress panel (the red toaster shows in the reward slot and the progress bar is checked), but I cannot place it or find it anywhere. Clicking the magnifier/preview on the reward does not give me a “Place / Collect / Go to” option, there is no Customize/Buy/Edit button when I open the café, and the toaster is not showing in my inventory. I’ve tried restarting the game and checking my items, but the device never appears.

Can you please check whether this is a server sync/bug on my account or tell me the exact steps to get the unlocked toaster into my café?

I did that one long time ago. But I think, you can place it when the shift has ended on a certain counter top, like shown in my screenshot. Possibly you have to pay with cafè credits first, maybe, spending those credits is only necessary for upgrading. When it’s placed, you can customize it.    
 
You also got one in Home Store, right? That one can be placed in the areas that are not used by the staff, and in your Sims’ homes.
