No Bonus vips
I have been playing sims FreePlay every day for quite possibly over 18 months now and have not received even 1 of the 90 day free vips, My vip count is still 0, it’s very disappointing to say the least

Every time you hit the 90 days, you get 1 VIP point. To reach VIP level 1, you need 15 points.
You’ll get to that screen by tapping the VIP icon. If you didn’t get the points, you may need help from Online Support.
If you have been playing for 18 month you should have roughly 6 VIP points
You need 15 VIP points to get to VIP 1 Level, so play for just over 3 years and 8 months to get to VIP 1 by just logging in
