I paid for an on going purchase here but didn't get the item I purchased??!!!?! HOW!!!!?? SCAMMMM!!

What did you buy? Was it an item or a consumable (like bribes in Influence Island or extra items in your daily mail)?
Where did you buy it? you can only purchase items within the game itself, everything else is not legit
If you bourght it within the game you can reverse the purchase or contact support
