Premium Perks Event - prizes won, but not unlocked

I won a Premium Perks event in June by buying one of the houses in the online store for LP. I even made screenshots of the prizes to be won and of the screen telling me that I won them. The prizes were to be found in the home store initially with one free copy each. But after placing the free copy the items vanished from the home store and I was not able to purchase any more copies by using the + button. So they were in fact just single copies and not unlocked for purchase. The prizes clearly said they were supposed to be unlocked, otherwise they would not have been worth the LP investment. 

So I had several rounds with bots and “support“ in-game. I told them about the problem and posted the screenshots I had. I am not sure anyone read what I wrote or understood the problem or made any effort to solve it. They initially told me to wait for a return message and closed the case after a few hours. On the third round they told me they fixed it. I restarted the game but the problem was not still not fixed, the items are still not purchasable. I am on my fourth round talking to bots and sending screenshots now because I am stubborn 😉.

Now I wonder, am I the only one having this problem?
