The store is located next to the park and pet store. If you don't see it then you will need to build it.

Sims Freeplay is taking too long to open
The game has been working fine not until few days ago, it takes over 5 minutes or more than to load the game. I have enough space on my device, my Internet speed check is okay and I've cleared cache....
