Same here. I played every day and was very dedicated to the game. But it is now unplayable on my ipad. It crashes over and over again and I lose my progress every time. It pulls all my sims off their tasks every time it crashes. And that’s just when I try to open the game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried it on a brand new ipad as well but it is still not working. They are going to lose players over this. It’s awful, especially with all the time limited events that we are missing.
Have you had any luck yet? Mine still isn’t working! 💔
I totally gave up on the game cause nothing I was trying worked. Life has been so much better: no stress and more time. You don't realize how much damage the game is doing to your life until you stop.
Same problem here. I can’t even get in the game to continue the chat help, I really don’t know what to do other than forgetting about the game after playing for 12 years. They should have a little more consideration for their players and try to fix this issue. I would appreciate any help from other players that were able to get help from EA.
