I'm having the same issue and have reinstalled the game. I know my progress was saved up until it crashed...right as I was about to save it again. That was Friday. Today I deleted /reinstalled and an old version from another tablet was the only one I could see in my cloud. There HAS to be a way to get my most recent one back. I was be quite furious otherwise. I've spent real money and completed many of the quests. Please tell me there is something that can be done. I've submitted my gamer info this evening as well.
Hi, it's nice to know someone else is having the same issue. Has anyone replied to your issue? If so, it would be very nice if you let me know what they did to fix it. I asked for help on their facebook page earlier today, but still have no reply.
