Sims Freeplay: secret winter wonderland quest day12 can't reach queen

I've reached day 12 on Winter Wonderland and it says "go back to the ice palace to thanks the queen" in 0hours, 0minutes and 0seconds. But when I go their the place is empty and I really wanna finish the quest because i hate the snow.
