The screenshot was taken in a fully developed town, all but one lots are built on.
After building the first Villa it will cost 129,243,106 simoleons! 😱 Really? No player will ever have that many simoleons, because the amount is beyond the cash cap!
Actually it‘s a really beautiful home, but after seeing the amount I won‘t even build the free version.
