Sims freeplay

There is a crashing issue with the sims FreePlay game. I have completed all my tasks for Tumbleweed Terrace but I have to pay for the deadline extension. However when you press the extension button the entire game crashes and force closes. It’s been going on for a few weeks now and the issue has not been fixed after expressing to fire monkey in emails I need help. I can’t advance and now there’s a whole piece of the game I can’t advance in or experience after I’ve put so much money into this game.
