Stuck because i started pregnancy event

Hi! I recently started playing the sims freeplay again now that i am level 12 i started the pregnancy event and now i can not continue for 7 days with the main quests because i need to add 1 more sim but because one is pregant i cant add another one. How do i fix this? Because i am stuck right now
