@EA_Cath Hi, been having the same issues, have tried reaching out to you multiple times and firemonkeys. Firemonkeys did get back to me but said they couldn’t do anything other than offer me 100SP. I dont want that. I wanted the villa. Which would cost way more simoleons and time than 100SP or the redoing the quest itself, if i could even buy it at all that is. Very frustrated with their response. Ive done everything including updating my phone, verifying the app was up to date. Re-installing the app, clearing up some phone storage, and restarting my phone and the app regularly(i used to work for verizon Tech support i know the troubleshooting steps i can do on my end by heart. This IS an app bug. Period. The bug is clearly not on my end. Please help?? I just want the villa. If i have to redo the entire quest idgaf i just want to be able to get the villa but I cant do that without the villa lol

to say the least I am very disappointed in the result. How about reach out to IT? Connect me with IT? Have IT fix it? Honestly thought I was talking to someone in IT or at least someone who could talk to IT. I said it was an gameplay bug issue. Sheesh.
is there anything you can do Cath? Seems like you helped most of the other people on here? My quest has officially timed out... I am 💯 fine in repeating the quest. I just need the villa to get the villa…
