[The Sims FreePlay] Where can I find the RCA boat

I have a current goal to use the RC boat, but I cannot find it in the park or at the hobby store where it used to be. Can I still access the RCA boat? If not, how can I complete the current goal? ...

It's in the park. Just find it in the pond. It's near to the place where you feed the ducks
