After today's update, all of my free Maker Packs disappeared from Build/Buy Mode

After today's update, all of my free Maker Packs disappeared from Build/Buy Mode.

 

The Marketplace still shows "Owned" for every Maker Pack I claimed during the free promotion, but each pack now displays 0 objects in the Build/Buy catalog.

 

I also loaded a lot that used Maker Pack items, and the game displayed a message saying that some objects had been removed because they could not be found. Unfortunately, I saved one of those lots before realizing what had happened.

 

I have already repaired the game through the EA App, restarted both the EA App and my PC, and confirmed that all Expansion Packs, Game Packs, Stuff Packs, and Kits work normally.

 

The issue only affects the Maker Packs. The Marketplace recognizes that I own them, but none of their objects are available in the game.

 

Could you please investigate this issue? It seems to have started immediately after today's update.

    Hey all,

    Thanks for giving those troubleshooting steps a try! It sounds like there are a few slightly different issues being referenced here that we already have bug reports for, so it'd be best to continue the conversation in those respective threads instead.

    If you're seeing the download error message appear when downloading from the Marketplace, please upvote and post in this bug report. 

    And if you're not seeing Maker Pack content in Build mode, please check out the pinned message in this bug report and post there.

    Hey 28gukbxrze5c​, 

    Just to confirm, if you go to Marketplace > My Collection > Manage Storage, are the Maker Packs showing as installed, and are they activated under 'My Collection'?

    I am having the same issue and my items show installed but do not actually show up in game

    If you uninstall the packs and reinstall them they might come back. I was having the same issue and now my items are back

    Hi! I have exactly the same problem.

     

    Could you please tell me how you manually uninstalled the Maker Packs? I'm new to the Marketplace and I'm not very familiar with how it works.

     

    If possible, could you explain the steps you followed?

    Unfortunately, it's not even a temporary fix. When the game restarts it goes back to the same issue

    EA_mplsnow Hello 


    The maker packs I have installed show as installed, but they still do not appear in-game. I tried uninstalling the makerpacks and it does either 2 things. 1) Only 1 item gets installed and when the game is restarted it is gone again. 2) It shows a 'Couldn't complete download' error. 
    I have talked to 2 support workers and nothing was fixed.

    Exactly. I followed all the steps to uninstall and reinstall the Maker Packs, but they still do not appear.

     

    I also have another problem. My Life and Death expansion has the same issue. It says I own it, but it has disappeared from My Collection.

    Hey Kanojo_Ro​​, 

    Can you try removing your mods/cc before uninstalling those Maker Packs through the 'Manage Storage' page, clearing the EA App's cache, and reinstalling the packs? Please give that a try and let us know if the packs appear in-game then.

    Hey 28gukbxrze5c​, 

    Are you seeing the Life and Death expansion under your Order History? If not, it sounds like you might be signed in to the wrong EA account. You'll need to be logged in to the account you purchased the pack on to access it in-game. 

    Regarding the Maker Packs, please try reinstalling the affected packs after removing your mods/cc.

    EA_mplsnow​  Hello 

    I removed all my mods and CC. I play on Steam through my Steam Deck, so I don't know how to clear that cache. Re-tried uninstalling the maker packs and reinstalling and it still didn't work.
