Please pause the timer on the Free Maker Drops Event

I have a feedback/request to make that I hope the team will consider. Could you remove the 4 weeks window that we have to claim the weekly free stuff? We are MANY playing offline right now waiting for a fix to the roof bug. Still, we don’t know when it will be live, we don’t have a date…  and we don’t know if it will fix our old saves as well. I understand that the fix for this bug will be included in the next game update… that may introduce new bugs?  Considering the situation, I don’t see myself updating the game and play online anytime soon. So it would be a kind gesture to pause the claim window so we won’t miss out.

    I add a virtual "Me Too" to this. Or to what simgirl1010​  said.

      I often play offline long periods of time after patch. Not necessarily even  because of broken mods , but to make sure all I need is ok.  Plus I'm darn lazy sometimes to do the mod hassle 😅 And sometimes I don't simply want to play online.

    I think an extension to 6 or even 8 weeks would be nice 😊 Like Ellupelluellu​, there are times where I play offline for long periods after patches. Like her it's often out of caution to make sure no nasty bugs pop up later that could hurt important saves.

    This free marketplace event is definitely clashing with the update. Do I really want to break all roofs to get a few free items? I am honestly torn about this issue. I don't want to update just in case a potential future fix is not retroactive. But since sims 4 events never offer a second chance, I might have to update, claim the items and then just not play for a few weeks.

    That's why I suggested giving more time to claim the free stuff. But you do you friend. Personally, I wont update the game until I'm sure the fix works for old saves as well. I have invested an indecent amount of time at building complex lots in this game. I hope they'll extend the claim window.
