Purchased Moola not appearing

I am here yet again about marketplace. I purchased moola off the ps app and I don’t have it in my wallet. I restarted the game, updated it and restored licenses. This is getting out of hand at this point. If marketplace continues to be this buggy I will stop playing Sims.

I paid £8.99 for 1000 Moola tonight. I checked my banking app and the transaction has gone through, I have also had a confirmation email. I'm not sure the quickest way to resolve this. I have restarted EA and the sims game multiple times. I have raised a ticket, so hopefully will get a response. Just wondered if any one else has had a similar issue recently, or tips to resolve. I paid using apple pay. Thank you! 

I’m starting to see I’m not the only one experiencing this issue. It’s honestly crazy that EA isn’t taking this more seriously because it’s a complete mishandle of a consumers funds. I sincerely hope that they issue a resolution and give all of us what we paid for

Could you let me know which amount you purchased, and what platform you're on please? 

I’m on Xbox and in total it was $21.24 I tried purchasing 1,000 moola twice and it charged my card and took the funds but I didn’t get the moola. And my purchase show as completed on my game add on purchases so nothing is pending on my end. The game gave me an error saying the transaction couldn’t go through but my card was still charged 

I just had a similar thing happen. I was charged, received a notification that the transaction was completed, but the game glitched and said that there was a problem, and my payment was not completed. My bank account says otherwise and yet I have not received my in-game credits. I went out on a limb to the marketplace, even with all the controversy surrounding it so that I can complete my collection of this game and finally have all of the kits. I should have known something like this would happen.. smh. I’m playing PC and I re-started the game and still nothing. I paid $10.74 and received no moola in return.

Same. On ps. Its so strange becaus it worked befor and we havent got a new ubdate ubtill tomorow

Small ubdate: The Moola counter on the menue has ubdatet tothe amount purchased on my end . Seams likeit was a server issue on EAs end slowing things down
