EA StaffThere is a new version of iOS available now, 12.4. Can you try this version and let me know if you experience any more crashes in the game?

@SimGuruMaaikeMhahia responded me and says the problem is still there. The game keeps crashing if she try to see Izzy's clothes in the CAS. The iOS update doesn't fix it ☹️
tkszw also updated her iPhone 5 and there's no change. The problem is still the same.
And Lara: It seems the troubleshoot helped her. Cleaning the data from the browser had eliminated the crashes.
Mysteryn is on vacation and has no wifi. ;(- @SimGuruMaaike I need to correct LarasVelvet's situation. It starts again to crash since a few days. The whole game loads super slow. Also the selection from the sims in the current household. If Lara clicked on something while the faceclaims/portraits from the current sims aren't finished with loading, the game crashes.
But tkszw replied: her game mostly works while the portraits aren't ready. She can click on something, like another sim, items or other elements. Her game only crashs, when everything is finished with loading.Aaaand Update after the update:
LarasVelvet Games starts to crash again. After a few minutes nothing works anymore.
Also the trouble shooting doesn't help.
And Mysteryn's Game doesn't crash at the start anymore, but needs also a few minutes till the game breaks down again...- SimGuruMaaike
Sorry to hear they still crash, just to make sure they're all on iOS version 12.4?
- @SimGuruMaaike I’m getting crashes again. It’s driving me crazy. I get in to play the new quest, I click on the sweet treats icon and my game crashes so much.
Update: I upgraded my iPhone to an SE model and now I have zero problems so far.
@EpicRedly, @skfragilistic and @FranieZee how is this issue going, any improvements?
