Download Not Available In Your Country

I can't download The Sims Mobile from Google Play Store in French Polynesia.  It doesn't show up in Play Store search results and if I find the app using a direct link I get the message "This Item is...

    Thank you for that link.  I bank in the UK and I am in French Polynesia.  If I set my Country as French Polynesia, I can't add a payment card and so can't make in-game purchases for The Sims Mobile.  If I have my country set to UK, I can't download The Sims Mobile.  I had similar in-game payment issues with Sims Freeplay so I stopped playing it.  I could overcome the problems by fooling the phone into thinking I am in the UK but it is really not worth the effort.  Bye Bye to The Sims Mobile.  Your loss is my gain.
