Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When clicking on other sims with a blue plumbob.
What do you expect to see? I expect to properly open the game and to be able to give stickers to other sims

I am having the same problem since this morning, I wasn't able to give stickers to other sims (message: more stickers available tomorrow) and couldn't complete the to-do list of the day, and I'm trying to finish the Photography Quest, and I need the completed to-do list to do so. I've been sending emails to the support team and they're not solving the problem. Just asking me to try the troubleshooting steps, which I did many times. Now, I can't even open the game because it's sending an update message, but when I open the Apple Store it's only an OPEN button. I really don't know what else to do anymore.
Hi-I have a sticker problem too. I haven’t been given any stickers to allocate today. I wouldn’t mind so much, but if I can’t do my daily list I won’t get the photography thing. Sad times!
Hey! I could log in in another device and it worked! In my phone I can’t even start he game, but I almost done with the challenge from another phone.
