[Fixed?] No Special Events Available

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) iPhone 7
OS Version 11.1.1
Player ID: (Find your Player ID in Sims Mobile: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile ) 1003009246423
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I hit the quest tab and click events, instead of having 1 or 2 Events available like normal, all of the events are blacked out and aren’t available until the next day. It’s the only item I can’t cross off my daily task list. I tried doing one of the hot tub events and that won’t count as a special event.
What do you expect to see? One or two special events that are available.

‌I can’t submit a screenshot since all of my sims are currently working or doing hobbies. This happens even when sims aren’t doing anything

    I cannot complete my daily tasks because no events are available at all, and have not been available all day.  It is almost 1 am here and technically tomorrow, and nothing starts for over 2 hours.  This was for yesterday!

    i also had to turn my screen shot into black and white and crop it down in size to get it small enough to post here

    I am having an issue with no special events appearing also. I’ve attached a screenshot. My player ID is: 1003451725794

    I have no events at all !!

    , and no list with possibilities 

    I had the lightbulb issue with my game a few days ago , tried every suggestions, but had to give up my saved game up, and start all over again, and now I realize I have no events, I thought it was because if wasn’t on a high enough level , but that’s not the case. My iPad is brand new, and my WiFi is ok

    I don’t know what you are thinking , it’s fun to play when it works, but who will pay real money for something that has so many technical and bug problems. I would love to if it worked. And it would be great to have some working answers and help! Not just more issues and problems
