[Fixed?] No Special Events Available

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) iPhone 7
OS Version 11.1.1
Player ID: (Find your Player ID in Sims Mobile: https://help.ea.com/help/the-sims/the-sims-mobile/find-your-player-id-in-the-sims-mobile ) 1003009246423
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When I hit the quest tab and click events, instead of having 1 or 2 Events available like normal, all of the events are blacked out and aren’t available until the next day. It’s the only item I can’t cross off my daily task list. I tried doing one of the hot tub events and that won’t count as a special event.
What do you expect to see? One or two special events that are available.

‌I can’t submit a screenshot since all of my sims are currently working or doing hobbies. This happens even when sims aren’t doing anything

    I have all the special events greyed out and cannot complete the daily tasks

    Same here. I managed to wake myself up at 4am, mindlessly use 4 cupcakes to complete the task (I'm also having an issue with no risky moves popping up so had to use so many cupcakes) and complete it before the day reset. Hope I don't have to do this again!

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown. No special events available. All are greyed out and say 2 day wait. Unable to complete to do list.
    What do you expect to see? At least one special event should be available as the to do list is daily.

    This evening when I started the Sims, no special events are available. All are greyed out and say 2 day wait. So I cannot complete daily to do list. I have been able to do them before so this is recently.
