EA StaffThanks for the report @miater23, I'm sorry to hear this is happening in your game! Do you know if you started a surprising choice shortly before it started to freeze?
If not, any other in game action you can think of that started just before you got the freezing issue?
As far as I can see, it was not due to any surprising choice events. All of the Sims in the house were in the middle of autonomously completing hobby or relationship events.

It happened just now. The game froze for over 30 seconds, I sat there and counted to make sure. I was about to do a hard reset when it started up again.
I have four active sims in this household. Two of them were in relationship events, and two of them were in career events.

Sorry to hear that it happened again @miater23. Do you remember if the Sims were interacting with any specific objects during the freeze? I know I asked this before, do you remember if a surprising choice was active this time?
And do you notice if you have this freeze while charging your phone?
