I'm confused on the camera controls. Help?

I feel silly for not knowing this, but could someone tell me how to rotate the viewpoint of the camera? Basically, I don't know how to turn the view to go from the front of a building to go to the back or side of the building.

    Use two fingers to rotate. Some angles in regular gameplay mode are impossible to turn to because of some invisible barrier. Build mode negates this though.

    Use two fingers to rotate.
    At home and at other's homes, you can rotate 360 degrees.
    At Parkside, Market Square and Downtown, you can't rotate 360 degrees. Invisible barriers will stop you. However, if you go into the build mode, it allows 360 degree rotations. Sometimes, a bug may occur where you can rotate 360 degrees at all places and you can go to the edges of the map.
