Item limit Sims mobile

Question

I keep storing things and yet still getting the “please remove items to make more room for more”.

I have so much space to put things and can’t. I can’t use a different flooring either because that is reached.

Every time I host a party I have to put things away to put the party items out.

This is is so frustrating, there shouldn’t be an item limit reached. My house looks so empty and I have so many items stored.

This is a known issue and is very irritating to many of us.

The item limit isn't based on number, but on the size and number of animations. What this means is that some items count much more than others. Plants are one of the things that seem to have large costs. I can usually put out 3 or 4 items for each plant I remove from my house.
