Many players have not received compensation reward for crashes

Players affected by the game crashes were supposed to receive compensation. Many players including myself haven’t received the pop-up for the compensation nor the compensation reward upon entering the game, or have received the pop-up but no compensation— even after 24 hours have passed since the announcement as promised. Please make this fair for all players EA.
