Missing buttons after new update

Question

Whenever I open my game only llamazoom button is visible. Others buttons are not visible so I'm not able to play game. I'm attaching my player I'd and missing buttons screenshots. Please help me in fixing this bug. I'm playing since December 2018 and I don't want to lose my game data and account. I'm from india, Asia and plays on Android version 8.1.0 and my phone is redmi 5A.

Hello dear, thank you for your reply. This is not my only problem. I'm missing every button on my screen like for going to neighbourhood and town and home item button etc. I'm not able to do anything in the game because of that. Nothing is working.

Sorry, I was too quick merging your report.
I've asked a CM about this issue where the buttons are missing. Their suggestion is that you contact an EA Advisor. It looks like you have a corrupted save and if so, maybe they can help with a rollback.
