Missing game ID

Like a few other people my game stopped working during the Vlogger challenge event. I have deleted my cache, deleted the data, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my phone off and back on, talked to support three times on the phone. Sadly missed the end of the quest even though I made sure to time it all right so I could finish it.

The thrst person I talked to said the best option would be to roll my game back to an earlier save point but they needed my game ID to do it and that she would email me a link of how to get it. I said thanks and the phone called ended. The instructions she gave me required opening the game to get my ID which I can't do. The second person I talked to told me there was nothing he could do and that we all have the same game and to keep uninstalling and reinstalling and that sooner or later it will work. No help at all. The third guy I talked to asked for information and said he would send it to a specialist but that it could be a few days...

So my question is, is there anyway to get the game ID outside of the game and really of not why not? That seems like a pretty important thing that can be easily out of reach.
