[Open] - Active Sim busy even though not doing anything

@100_mil_brofist I’ve been having this issue too for a couple weeks. It happened after the holidays update and my Sim attended a party. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to make sure it was updated. Still unable to interact with them like you

      A player told me today they managed to get rid of the 'always busy' Sim by giving it away on adoption to another player.

      If this is still an issue for you, can you please try and let us know if it works for you?
