I have this problem with a certain sim that I grew from the bassinet... she is completely unusable and can not be moved out or promoted, her slot it blank with no options, she is just a wasted sim space at this point. I sent one of my sims to town, called the unavailable sim there and then left, apparently she cant find her way home cause she is still there after a few days, in the same spot just looking around :eahigh_file: At least she isn't in the home taking up bathroom space but I would like to be able to use that sim slot at some point...

Best thing would be to contact an EA game advisor about this issue.
You can do so through The Sims Mobile app. Open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the button with 'Help'.
This will open your browser, scroll down until you see 'Contact Us' and choose 'Technical Support'.Open the spoiler for pictures:
If this fails for some reason, or you can't access The Sims Mobile app.
