I already have the heirloom and Magnetic 2 so I didn’t receive a quest either. However, I’ve seen several people without the heirloom that don’t have the event. Hope this gets sorted for you!

On my test phone, I got the quest pop up yesterday, but it isn't showing up in my quests at all. I don't have the heirloom or the magnetic traits.
On my main account, I got the quest, I'm not sure if I should've gotten an advanced quest, I have the heirloom on that account.
