I would suggest basic troubleshooting if you haven't already done this.
You should contact EA in order to get assistance.
If that doesn't help contact CS.
To contact EA Help from the game, open the side menu, choose the gear icon, then the Help button.
This will open your browser. Scroll down until you see Contact Us and choose Technical Support.Open the spoiler for pictures.
There are other ways to contact EA in case you cannot access The Sims Mobile app or anything else happens.You can use this link: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
Use the menu on the upper right corner if you want to change to a different language or country.
You can also choose to contact an EA game advisor through social media:

@theresebelivets which device do you use and what version is your phone's operating system?
@SimGuruMaaike iPhone XS and iOS 12.1.4.
Just noticed there’s an operating system update I wasn’t alerted of so I’ll update that and see if it fixes itself 🙂- SimGuruMaaike7 years ago
