EA StaffSorry to hear that it happened again @miater23. Do you remember if the Sims were interacting with any specific objects during the freeze? I know I asked this before, do you remember if a surprising choice was active this time?
And do you notice if you have this freeze while charging your phone?
1. They weren’t interacting with any objects, they were just moving around on their own.
2. There were no surprising choices actively happening at this time.
3. My phone wasn’t charging.
