Nope not at all. Stock android galaxy os.
Tried to google this issue but cannot find anyone close to my issue only galaxy s7
Do you have an S7 or S8?
Did you try:
"To make sure there's not an issue with Google Play Store app, in Settings -> Apps -> Google Play Store -> Storage, tap Clear Data. Reboot your device, open Google Play Store, accept the Terms of service and try again."- @Phantomlover1717 Done that aswell as it was mentioned in the 1st page
@Psychoelf319 are you on an S7 or an S8? You mentioned both.
I'm on an S8 and i've read that the game runs well on S7 so I should 100% be able to run it aswell.
Honestly thanks for going the extra mile to assist, no idea where the issue is at fault here.

With all the basics covered I'm not sure what to suggest anymore... It should be working but it isn't.
