I updated to recent patch and everything on my 90 sunset jetty is gone. I had purchased brants spa and customized my home. With sim cash and simoleons also. I want it all back as was.

    @kikimarie76 i had the same thing happens to me today as well, I have not idea what to do and will be really upset if I don’t get anything my items back, or the Brant spa i place on the plot. Did you receive any help form EA or sims mobile help center?

    I bought a sunset jetty land and twin palms house and now the house is gone. So they gave me 500 sims cash and 10 000 simoleans, for what??how can I buy another house with that??. I  am done with this game. I will spend my money and time with a different game. This is not right.

    I have received no help. They replaced some of my items but have not compensated for my brants spa house template at all.

    Welp, I'm guessing I've received all the help from this "fix" I'm going to get.  I had a 3 story build, completely furnished, with all my land cleared prior to the update.  After an entire month of waiting, a total of THREE items were returned to my account.  THREE!!!!!  That's it.  And to top it off, my ticket was closed and marked as FIXED.  This is the biggest joke I have ever seen.  

    Just as a reference, I'm attaching a photo of my lot prior to the update and a photo of how it currently sits (with all 3 of the items that were returned).  This game needs to be shut down at this point.  I will NEVER spend another dime on it.

    @AprilAutoFun I totally understand and feel the same way. I loved this game, enough to invest rather heavily in it, but now it just turns my stomach to log in and have to see that vacant lot, so I don't.. It is unfathomable that a Major gaming company has handled things so poorly. I hope this eventually becomes the ruination of EA.
