Upload proof of purchase
Support reviews it
Adds content, or emails you with more info
The forums have no visibility into granting content for any game we have. If you were sent here, we have to look at that case to see why they sent you here when they should not have.
Essentially, you do have to reach out to support. I suggest chatting as it is much quicker.
