I got the same bug but just on a different day.
My Materials Schedule of Eco work shop stuck on Saturday since Sunday and now another day on Monday.

Now I only can obtain Threads and cannot complete any projects because we cannot craft items with only one material.
Hence, now I'm losing all the time I can do shifts for the other materials and will be missing all the projects in this week and maybe more.

@EA_Sanahand  @SalixCat Please help, before this week passes and the projects are gone!

I attached 2 images with joined Screenshots of Sunday's and Monday's Projects and Materials Schedule,
they show how the Materials Schedule stuck since Sunday and continues to be stuck on Monday, even after the Projects weekly reset.

Hi, please help me fix the workshop shift. I cannot click on the workshop table to start the shift and the schedule is no longer updating.

Have you tried making all your sims are idle and then restarting the game? You can also do more comprehensive solution from this thread.

Aside from the schedule, I also haven’t been able to upgrade the eco workshop. It says that a workshop shift is in progress even if all my Sims are doing something else.

I have this problem too. But I alredy retire my sims  and can't summon/call out her to communicate.

Same mines is stuck on Friday and it’s been a week. Can’t craft anything. Also I can’t upgrade the eco workshop says event in programs the upgrade button is dark. Attached pic [CM edit: please don't post your ID here]

I have been struck with this bug too. I am stuck on Wednesday. I can do shifts, but I can't craft any new items since I can only get Wednesday's materials.  

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game and it did not help.

The sim I suspect might be the cuprit with this is moved out now and unavailable to try any of the workarounds. (This sim got the "busy" bug when I made him passive, I moved him out hoping I could reintroduce him, but that didn't work either).

@SalixCat I just  downloaded it and tried the trick of calling everyone to park side and exiting and it’s still stuck on Tuesday (assuming it’s going off central time)

What do you expect to see? Usually there is a star at eco workshop to start new daily event to earn parts, but for more than a couple weeks now I haven't been able to start a new eco event.

Eco workshop is stuck on a date. Thinks it's a Wednesday even though today is now Monday. I brought all my sims to eco workshop and none can start a new eco event.

Me too. My eco workshop has been stuck on Thursday for a week. I’ve tried all the solutions in this thread and one other that covered the same topic.

What’s interesting is that someone in the other thread said they couldn’t play with/interact with one of their Sims — the sim was perpetually “busy” despite not being in any events. The player also had the eco workshop bug start around the same time and thought the two bugs were connected. I’m also dealing with a SIM I made passive who my other Sims can no longer interact with and who cannot be made playable because the game says they’re “busy”. I’ve tried moving them to another house, and despite the game saying they’ve moved, they’re still on the property they’ve “busy” on.  Are the two bugs connected?

Whether the bugs are connected to now, I’m primarily interesting in finding a way to resolve this eco workshop issue, as it’s interfering with my ability to finish projects I’ve committed a lot of time to with no reward. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting in both related threads to no avail.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the eco workshop schedule taken today, Monday. It shows it’s still stuck on Thursday. “Hmm… what day is it again?” indeed. Please advise EA.
