I have already given my player id. I've had this problem for two weeks now. And now I have a unnecessary popup covering some important items that are important to me😡😡😡

I am having the same issue for 3 weeks now. I've tried all the fixes suggested but nothing works.

It's Wednesday 5/4 and I'm still having this issue. 

Hello! How do I go about getting help for the same problem?

My eco workshop disappeard almost a year ago. I can‘t make any interactions, only talk to the plants and relax on the chair. Already reset the game but nothing helped. I play on a iphone 12 max and a iPad max pro, both eco workshop are not working. Can you please help me, thank you!
