@TSESCSJSSSRSJS I can't remember the name of that skirt, but I can confirm that it came from an event. It looks springy, so if I had to guess I'd say it's from an event in Spring of 2018. I had to restart my game last October, and I used to have that skirt, but now it's gone.
With the way things are going lately they'll probably rerun that event, so there's a good chance you'll get the opportunity to acquire it.
Yes, I'm really hoping they rerun the back to school event from last year. I really loved the outfits from that one, it's one of the few things I haven't been able to replace since I had to start over. I get a pang of jealousy whenever I see someone at a party with the solid pleated skirt, the tied off button up shirt, and especially the cropped sweater outfit.
