I also was unable to get a refund for Apple since I was charged for the festival and did not receive the content. Apparently once it’s been denied twice, even if you call and ask to speak to management, their hands are tied. It’s absurd. I’ve emailed EA multiple times but it doesn’t help. I’m so sad

@b45c8e62a1078ce3 Hi, I understand that you are sad. I'm so sorry, but unfortunately I can't help you. There are really many serious bugs in the game and no one is solving them. I don't have any other information either.
