I feel so hopeless. I already lost one game due to the tutorial bug. And now this. I opened a case and then couldn’t reply because there is a bug when you try to resume case. I’ve talked on chat to multiple people. No one seems to know anything helpful. And now one of my cases is marked “fixed”. It’s not fixed
It literally happened to me too, ive had my first account for 8 years and spent alot of money in this game, i purchased something and it didnt appeared so i uninstalled and installed it again, but when i open the app, everything was gone. Tried to contact EA help but, they couldnt help anything, not refund, or helping to restore anything.
so i have no other choice than start the new game, now I can’t make any purchases, i tried to uninstall and instal again and it bugged.
its sooooooo frustrating! All my money and times ive spent in this game just goes nothing. EA team are useless in this situation whoch makes me mad
