Had the same issues. Used all my sims cash and coins trying to finish it. Now I'm empty and can't finish all these new festival and dig events.
Not cool. But the sims mobile never credits me back.
I'm owed so much sims cash from doing sims cash offers and challenges.
worse part is that I tried contacting them. They didn't even respond and marked my ticket as 'resolved', not very reliable of them at all.
