"the Sims mobile is not compatible for your iPad"

Yes, I checked what kind of iPad I have. I believe I have a Ipad mini 4, and it says in the compatibility list that it will work. I have more than enough space, I have over IOS 9.0, so what's the prob...

As you don't seem all that sure about what iPad you have. Could you go to Settings > General > About, you'll see a model number, when you Google that you can find what device you have.

I'm having the same problem My iPad is iPad 3. I'm able to play sims free play on it I'd love to play sims mobile also pleases make the game compatible with iPad 3.
