unlock hobby/career quests again after failing to complete

I am on level 47 but I never completed various hobby/career quests: e.g., for the rocket science career, secret agent career, photography career, internet icon hobby and piano hobby. Will I have the opportunity to complete these again?

@cmr0112 These quest are one-time and are available to complete only once in the game. However, you can always buy the heirlooms or these hobbies and careers when they pop up in the store. It will cost you 600 simcash for each story.
