Where´s the Network

Product: The Sims Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
List the specific devices you play with (e.g. iPhone 6s Plus, Samsung Galaxy S7) IPhone 7 plus
OS Version iOS 14.5.1
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I cant login Where´s the Network
What do you expect to see? Find solution
Connection Type Wifi

All started last monday when I tryed get Heirloom with life tickets. After that I get the message where's the network. After clean cache, restart the device, etc I was advised from EA Help to reinstall the game. I did it and all was ok until the moment I was asked to download it from the cloud, The "where´s the network" started again and I`m not able to login.

My device is updated, I have plenty of free space  (I´m using 49.7 GB of 128 GB), The Wifi speed is ok, I used two different ones to test and I dont know what more I shoud do...

    @GhostFreeekI don’t have another device 🙁

    just tryed in the iPad (but is old one ) and get the same issue

    What do you expect to see? Would love to see it fixed after 8 months

    I was wondering if they are working on my issue, would really like my game back. I’ve gotten it to open a few times. As soon as I close the game it gives me the error messsge again. This has been happening since about Feb of this year.
