Yet ANOTHER Sweet Treat bug/glitch that EA are ignoring

Getting really fed up now of EA ignoring players when they complain about bugs on the game!

For months and months now, when a new Sweet Treats Challenge starts, you can only seem to do better able to play the 1st task (where you go to the marketplace and do so many rounds and win tokens) or play Home Sweet Home Baking- but the Posh Pastry Class and Flavour Lab tasks start buttons cannot be pressed!

i went through the game for help and support, and then was told by online chat to go through the game to get help! I went round and round in circles with them, not only about this, but I paid 2x to skip levels in the Sims Festival, money was took and wasn’t given content! And yet when I showed the EA advisor proof by uploading PDFs with screenshots, I was told it wasn’t evidence!!!!!

Ive noticed so many players across the internet complaining about both bugs and EA Games not giving a hoot- come on EA Games, fix the bugs before you loose players for good!

  • I have the same problem and I can only access the first challange in the park.

    The other 3 are not accessable

  • Same like me too.

    They deduct the sweet treats and no prizes given and put notice no transaction no money was taken but it was taken.

    Also unable to play one event in the restaurant and signed up for pro but unable to use mixer..goodness.

    What makes me so annoyed it people on here and on Reddit have complained to EA Games for nearly a year, and EA Games have done nothing about it!


    Im sick of when I contact their online chat for help, I’m told “It will be fixed in 24 hours”, only to contact them days later to be told “It will be fixed in 72 hours”. This will go on and on and on with more perlonging! But then again I’ve also been told “No other player has complained about this issue” when I darn well know that’s a fib!

  • Same!! Constant problems with the sweet treat showdowns, don’t receive all the prizes, prices taken away and of course, no help.

    I’ve paid so much money for content never received and am sent round and round in circles between advisors telling me I have to contact apple for a refund and apple always saying “item not eligible for refund” no matter if I appeal it with evidence or not.

    What I am starting to realize is that all of the “advisors” are actually AI (not real people) and this is EAs way too f avoiding all of the problems and why nothing ever gets fixed. Somebody is sitting at the top of the pyramid raking in tons of our money  while we get left out in the rain…… just like all the rest of the the big corps. 

    If y’all haven’t noticed yet, they do not care about their players or doing business with integrity. Somebody needs to take legal action because they are THIEVES!!!!
