Army Points
I don't know if it's just because of my level but i noticed, the defense points went up 5 but the army level stayed at 10..Will it eventually go up or will stay at 10?

Just to clarify if I got it right (if not, please correct me) , the maximum army points i could get is 200 then that's it? and that the command center's max level is only up to 24? At the moment, my army point is 150 at cc level 19.
