Connection issues May 2019

Tiberium 21 - just a few minutes ago I went to transfer 100% of the Tibs off a base (121G) the game froze and up reload the Tibs is missing from the base and not present on the base I was transferring to.

Are there any scripts involved? I recommend clearing cache and cookies here and then reloading the game once more to make sure. If a transaction failed it is always rolled back, but it could be that they are not displayed to you. Have you checked the other bases?

Hi, at this moment I can't collect packages in my bases in many worlds (manually nor via scripts): Mundo 19 España, Mundo 8 España, World Forgotten Attacks, etc.
Neither to use the substitutions than I have of my friends, nor repair building, nor repair army.

Maybe a problem between one (or more) game server and the data base server ??

I haven't had any problems recently, but when trying to login this morning the world selector shows 77 is up, but when trying to connect (I tried different machines as well) all I get is a timeout to https://cncapp03.alliances.commandandconquer.com/224/index.aspx.

World 42 is hung... again. This time it won't allow me to collect resources from any of my bases. I have tried using the button to collect from all bases, from one base individually, as well as one refinery at a time.... no such luck. I have tried Chrome and Firefox, problem doesn't appear to be browser specific. Also I had expected a patch to be applied to the server last week related to a problem with the hotkeys not working in Firefox, that does not appear to be applied. This server is littered with bugs. I am currently getting booted out of the server every couple minutes, which make using this server impossible. Please rectify the problems on this server. Players on this server are also still fighting with performance issues that have been going on now for months, game play hangs many times (though not as bad as it use to). Problems today are not acceptable... perhaps restarting the server will resolve this... at least for a little while.

Only collect some bases and broke again.

Log Out, clear caches/cookies, Log In and the problem persist.

Hm, it might take a while till the DNS servers fetching the latest IPs. It should become more stable again over the next hours.

The issue is still existing on Tib26. No package collecting, scrolling map creates glitches etc.

If I were him, I would try it on another machine and - as you mentioned, would make a mail revalidation in my account to exclude the possible problems on my side.
