Contact player out of the game
I ended up closing a sub in the game by mistake. Is there any way we can find a contact email or any form of contact with the player I replaced, so that he can resubmit the sub invitation?

- Other than hoping he is on another world and search as many as you can, or hoping someone knows which worlds he is playing there is no way to contact him and support will not be able to give you any help.

- That happens all the time dee, there is an overlay on the cancel sub button that causes this to happen all the time. We used to be able to help with this, no longer. EA has taken all of that to a level we can't reach, you can try to PM the player here, possibly if they are still active in the game itself but not your server perhaps they visit the forums occasionally.
