Force refunds

In light of so many people missing most or all of our defenses, I would suggest to those of us who have purchased in game resources to file charge backs with credit card and paypal services. Personally, I have spent hours trying to get this issue resolved and so far have yet to speak any personal willing to return my resources and as of today, the bug still persists. Paypal will let you go back 6 months to open a claim, wish I could go back all the years I have been playing. My main base was wiped out after several years of building and saving, only for a site technical issue to steal it away. One moderator after another has informed me that they do not have the authority to restore our stolen resources or process a refund so you will each have to go about securing one for yourselves. Liverpersondotnet has offered no solution every time I have reached out to contact the site about these issues. Maybe if the money wasnt wasted on a service that amounts to being worthless the funds could be spent addressing the problems this site is experiencing.

    Hello Commander, my advise to resolving this problem is to make sure to have a defense headquarter and defense facility with an upgrade level on par with your defense units.

    Both facilities exceed that of my defensive structures. Your "advise" is not a resolution, just an attempt to shift the blame for the issue away from your site and towards myself.
    As a customer and fan of the Tiberium franchise for the last 10 years, I am very disappointed to see just how little help I have been offered . Your site issues that caused so many of its users defenses to go missing during Forgotten attacks is tantamount to theft for those of us that are paying customers.

    My advise was based on a recent change we made in regards to a loophole in the game mechanics, which we addressed in a patch. Some players who reported similar issues with their defense where taken by surprise, despite our announcements. This has nothing to do with shifting blame on you, I mere have to go through different possibilities of your problem, and this is the most likely.

    Since that is apparently not the case, we can continue to examine the problem if you want. After all there seems to be a bug at our hands.
    What are the upgrade levels of your Defense HQ and Facility on your affected bases?

    Them player that win millions for being the best gamers you see on tv have there own forum where you can place complaints against company's like ea. If enough complaints go there ea will be forced to investigate this game and will be forced to make developers quit playing with the general public at least without unlimited funding and without cheating.
